Add competitions


Now, each of you is able to help the administrators at entering competitions and complet results into the database!


How does it work?


Once logged, click on "Controls". You are now able to add any competition and its results on your own. It can be something you organized, or just something administrators forgot to add. Before proposing us anything, remember that only "important" competitions can be added into TM-Rankings's database, and be aware that we won't add all these little competitions proposed on TM-Forum or TMX ;). These datas will then just be verified by any administrator, and if they are OK, the admin will validate them. You must always register 8 teams/players at least on the result page.

Your nickname will then automatically be written at the bottom on the competition's page ("added by ......")

 

Here is what you have to do first:

You must fill in every information that has a little red star near.

Once the competition added, go back to "Controls", and you'll now be able to edit this competition, to delete it, or to add results.

Nothing's more easy than adding results:

You just have to write the place, and the name of the team/player in the proper field. Each time you click on "Update", 2 lines are added.


If the team/player doesn't exist on the database, admins will add it when he'll check the added competition. If 2 players have the same nickname, please chose the one you meant by adding him.

When it's done, you'll just have to tick the case: "Ask for an admin validation".

You can also wirte anything on the appropriate field. Admins will always check that before validating the whole thing.


Only administrators can modify competitions that have already been added. If you made a mistake and that the competition has already been validated, write a private message to Duke, Rastaben or Lolomax.
